Eligibility: BabyQuip The Dream Routine Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open to entrants who are 18 years of age or older, and are legal residents of the United States. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and void in Puerto Rico. Employees, independent contractors, influencers promoting the sweepstakes, interns, officers, directors, and agents of BabyQuip (the "Sponsor"), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Notwithstanding the foregoing, BabyQuip Quality Providers are eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Agreement to Rules: By entering the Sweepstakes, the entrant ("You") agree to comply with and abide by these Rules, applicable laws, and the decisions of the Sponsor, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the Sponsor's decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments or issues related to the Sweepstakes. Incomplete entries or entries not complying with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are submitted late, lost, incomplete, or illegible. Sponsor’s decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s use of information submitted by entrant in connection with this Sweepstakes will be subject to the terms and conditions stated in these Official Rules as well as Sponsor’s User Agreements and Privacy Policy available on Sponsor’s site. If a dispute results as to the identity of an entrant, it will be determined that the online entry was submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address from which the entry is made. For these purposes, the authorized account holder is the natural person assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address.

The entry must fulfill all requirements of the Sweepstakes, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications of the Sweepstakes may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You must provide the information requested. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules of the Sweepstakes, your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 30, 2026 from among all eligible entries received. Sponsor’s decisions are final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The prize winners will be notified via Direct Message (DM) within seven (7) days of selection and must reply within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize or an alternate winner may be selected. The potential prize winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/liability release and where legal, a publicity release, and IRS Form W-9, and return these documents, properly executed, within 4 days of issuance of notification. Non-compliance within this time frame or with the Official Rules, or if prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, will result in the entrant being disqualified, and the prize will be awarded to a potential alternate winner.

Prizes: The winner of the Sweepstakes (the “Winner”) will each receive the following prize: a $100.00 BabyQuip gift card and a $100 OtterSpace gift card. (Total Value of the The Dream Routine is $200.00.) Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. If winner is 18 years of age or older but deemed a minor in his/her state of residence (residents of Alabama and Nebraska must be 19 years of age or older; residents of Mississippi must be 21 years of age or older to be age of majority), prize will be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian. Actual/appraised value of prizes may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except for at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non transferable. Substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent of the prize by the Winner is not permitted. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.

Rights Granted by the Entrant: By entering content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.) as part of this Sweepstakes, You understand and agree that the Sponsor and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. By entering the content, you represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, you will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, you shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BabyQuip from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which BabyQuip may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right. By accepting a prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name, image, likeness, photograph, voice and biographical material and entry submission for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes by Sponsor, or a party designated by Sponsor, in any and all media now or hereafter known including but not limited to, any online announcements, or for sharing this information with the press for viewing, whether TV or print, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law.

Terms and Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such cases, the Sponsor may select a winner(s) from eligible entries received before and/or after the action taken by the Sponsor if appropriate. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates this paragraph 10. Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of United States and the State of Delaware, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree that except where prohibited by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be resolved by binding arbitration and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Entrants agree to waive any right to participate a class action. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall You be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes).
