Eligibility: BabyQuip Ultimate Travel Happy Kit Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to entrants who are 18 years of age or older and are legal residents of the United States.  The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law and void in Puerto Rico. Employees, independent contractors, Independent Quality Providers, influencers promoting the Giveaway, interns, officers, directors, and agents of BabyQuip (the "Sponsor"), their respective affiliates, giveaway brand partners, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. Corporations, groups and other entities are not eligible to enter. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Agreement to Rules: By entering the Giveaway, the entrant ("You") agree to comply with and abide by these Rules, applicable laws, and the decisions of the Sponsor, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the Sponsor's decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments or issues related to the Giveaway.  Incomplete entries or entries not complying with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are submitted late, lost, incomplete, or illegible. Sponsor’s decisions are final on all matters relating to this Giveaway. 4. Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on 1 May 2026 at 11:00AM ET and ends on 8 May  2026 at 11:00 AM  ET (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

The entry must fulfill all requirements of the Giveaway, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications of the Giveaway may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You must provide the information requested. Any fees and/or expenses associated with the gear rental order in excess of $300.00 will be the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Total Retail Value of all prizes awarded in this Giveaway is $1,746.95. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. If winner is 18 years of age or older but deemed a minor in his/her state of residence (residents of Alabama and Nebraska must be 19 years of age or older; residents of Mississippi must be 21 years of age or older to be age of majority), prize will be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian. Actual/appraised value of prizes may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except for at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non transferable. Substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent of the prize by the Winner is not permitted. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.

No compensation will be given for lost, stolen, or expired gift cards. Sponsor is not responsible for replacing lost, stolen, products, or expired gift cards. Gift cards are only redeemable as specified. All gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions regarding use, loss, theft, and redemption and all other terms and conditions established by the merchant providing that gift card. Any questions or issues regarding gift cards must be directed to the merchant customer service center and will be handled exclusively by the merchant. Sponsor has not made and Sponsor is not responsible in any manner for any warranties, representations or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to the gift cards or the products, regarding the use, value or enjoyment of the gift cards, including, without limitation, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: The Winner will be selected by random draw under the supervision of the Sponsor. The Winner will be notified within 2 days of the winner selection via email and mentioned on Instagram on the original post. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 48 hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt of the prize offered in this Giveaway by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by the Winner at the Sponsor's sole discretion will result in the Winner's disqualification as winner, and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.

9. Indemnification: By entering the Giveaway you agree to release and hold harmless BabyQuip and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Giveaway; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; (iv) technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (vi) printing errors; (vii) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail.  In addition, you shall release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which a Released Party may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of your direct or indirect infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s proprietary or intellectual proprietary right.

10. Terms and Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. In such cases, the Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before and/or after the action taken by the Sponsor if appropriate. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or website or violates this paragraph 10. The Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Giveaway, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Giveaway rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. 11. Disputes: This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. By participating in this Giveaway, you agree that except where prohibited by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Giveaway or these Official Rules shall be resolved by binding arbitration and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Entrants agree to waive any right to participate in a class action.  Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall You be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering the Giveaway). You further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
